ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

Alcoholic beverages may be served with proper Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission permits and security.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Plans for your wedding reception or special event sometimes have to be changed and, whenever possible, we will accommodate a change in date. If you have the need to cancel your plans, we will refund your deposit, with written notice, 90 days or more before the event. If it is less than 90 days, your deposit is non-refundable.

CAPACITY:

The facility will accommodate 150 people seated for a meal, 200 seated in a seminar-type setting and approximately 250 people standing and mingling.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of $500 is required at the time of signing a rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded 30 days following the event if the facility is left clean and without damage.

LOCATION:

The Woman's Club of Bryan–College Station is located at 1200 Carter Creek Parkway in Bryan, Texas. Located in a quiet, convenient residential neighborhood, the facility is ideal for your special event.

PARKING:

We have a large, lighted parking area that can accommodate approximately one hundred automobiles.

RENTAL FEES:

The rental fee is $350 per hour with a four hour minimum.

Fees include tables and chairs, set up to your specifications. Also included is the use of our large caterer's kitchen and commercial appliances, audio/video system with drop-down screen and on-site event manager from start to finish.
